Crystal Yoak, LMT
I am a board certified massage therapist. I graduated from Mountain State School of Massage in 2000. There are a broad range of modalities that I use in my practice such as connective tissue, neuromuscular, reflexology and many more. In addition to massage, I was trained at Ousia Spa in Carrboro, North Carolina. While there, I learned various spa treatments including facials, hot stones, and body wraps such as mud, herbal, and seaweed. I have been employed in spa and chiropractic settings as well as my own private practice.
My interests include performing arts and outdoor activities. I have studied mask making, theater, and dance with Jude Binder for 21 years at Heartwood in the Hills in Calhoun County. My life as a dancer, striving for balance, health, and well being, has enhanced my understanding of the benefits of massage and living a holistic lifestyle. These are all qualities that I look forward to sharing with my clients and students.
